Westmuir is a comfortable, modern three bedroom dwelling-house. The accommodation comprises spacious lounge with glazed doors to the adjoining dining-room, kitchen, bathroom with modern electric shower over the bath and three bedrooms (one double with shower-room en-suite, and two twin, all with large fitted wardrobes; a cot is available on request). There is an open covered porch at the rear for boots etc, and an external cupboard containing freezer and tumble-drier. The kitchen has fitted floor and wall units, single drainer stainless steel sink, modern cooker with twin oven and halogen hob, fridge, automatic washing machine, and large microwave, and is generally well-equipped.
There are two storage cupboards in the hall for coats etc. There is an electric immersion water-heater with timer switch, off-peak storage heaters in lounge, dining-room and hall, and electric panel heaters, with timers and thermostats, in the bedrooms.
The house has a telephone (incoming calls only), colour television, CD/cassette player, video player, large CD and video library and a wide selection of board games.
